MERCH & DESIGN
We are excited to announce a new charitable partner for this year’s festival. A portion of festival proceeds will benefit the Women’s Resource Center (WRC), a Traverse City-based nonprofit working to protect, shelter, and empower all people impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Founded in 1975, the WRC is the first organization in the community to open an emergency shelter for survivors of domestic and sexual violence. The WRC remains the only agency in the region providing services to survivors of domestic violence in the four-county region of Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, and Kalkaska counties.

SEVEN GREAT VENUES!
CITY OPERA HOUSE
Affectionately known as “The Grand Old Lady,” the City Opera House opened in 1892. One of only seven such Victorian structures still operating in Michigan, the venue is a destination for arts and cultural entertainment, education, and public and private gatherings. Unparalleled Victorian charm, superior acoustic quality, and an accessible location all add up to a unique environment in downtown Traverse City
THE ALLUVION
Designed by artists, The Alluvion is a community powered, accessible, and immersive space for performing arts, visual arts, and events in Traverse City. Located on the second floor of The Commongrounds Cooperative building at the edge of the Boardman-Ottaway River near downtown Traverse City, this intimate, creative space is designed with optimal acoustics and world-class equipment.
HOTEL INDIGO
One of Traverse City’s best-located hotels – and our lodging partner! – in the heart of downtown overlooking Grand Traverse Bay, Hotel Indigo is an excellent addition to our venue rotation. If you’re coming up for the festival (or for any other occasion), it’s also a great place to stay! Enjoy sophisticated casual dining at the on-site full-service bar and restaurant, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, contemporary rooms with premium amenities, and more.
PLAN YOUR WEEKEND!
Goodbye winter, hello spring!
Spring is a fabulous time of year to visit Traverse City, experiencing everything the area has to offer like a local before the peak summer rush hits. As the region's forests and orchards come to life with new blooms, enjoy your downtime between comedy shows by taking a hike in a local nature preserve, going for a wine tour, riding a bike around the Boardman Lake Loop Trail, strolling along Lake Michigan, or taking in downtown's many wonderful retail shops, restaurants, and bars. Take an afternoon to visit Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore – voted Most Beautiful Place in America – or experience the charms of nearby waterfront towns like Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, Empire, and Elk Rapids. From family-friendly activities to romantic couple's outings to solo explorations, Traverse City in spring has something for everyone!
